Hello there,

I am developing a new PCB which have various LEDs and push buttons and I am new with MPC5748G and I have DEV-KIT of the same which has openSDA.

So my question is which pins should I leave spare to program a brand new IC MPC5748G, is there any document for this.

can we use openSDA hardware from devkit and using some jumper wires on new PCB can we program new IC also?

Sorry for such post but I am new to multicore and automotive microcontroller.

Thanks and regards,

RajG.

Hello, thanks for reply, so can you tell me a easy way to program new MPC5748G?

A low cost programmer so that I can code program from S32 Design studio and flash microcontroller with same programmer.....

Thanks and regards,

RajG.

Hi,

PE Micro Multiling FX is good choice - http://www.pemicro.com/products/product_viewDetails.cfm?product_id=15320143&productTab=1

Other possibility is develop your SW on DEVKIT - which includes OpenSDA debugger.

Hi,

good starting point is DEVKIT schematic - https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/preDownload.jsp?render=true

Open SDA chip from EVB can be used but you need to physically remove connection to existing MCU on devkit.
