My license has already expired for S32 Design Studio for ARM v2018.R1.

However, our product is only supported for v2018.R1.

I treid to install the S32DS, but I couldn't.

What should I do?

I have extended the same license for the S32 Design Studio v2018.R1. 

Issue should be fixed now.
