As shown in the user manual, 0x00FA0000-0x00FA0000 is not available in MPC5745B.But I built a new project in S32ds,0x00FA0000 is used.I am puzzled and how I should understand what is described in the table below?

Hello,

Thank you very much for this report. The memory region is presented in the microcontroller, but it is not tested, so, it could not be used by S32 Design Studio. I have already reported this bug to appropriate person.
