Error in services launch sequence
PEmicro GDB Launch Failure : Another GDB Server debug session is alreadyusing the same Server Port number. To run simultaneous debug sessions, please specify a unique Server Port and GDBMI Port in the Debug Configuration for each project. If another session is not running simultaneously, make sure that the pegdbserver_console and the arm-none-eabi-gdb processes have terminated.

Make sure you don't have the debug session running (terminate it). Otherwise, see GDB Client and Server: Unlocking GDB | MCU on Eclipse

The same thing applies to S32 Design Studio: have you checked your task list for another server running?

when Ram Debug worked well. but Flash mode is happened Error.

  

and  i can not find arm-none-eabi-gdb...

It would be pegdbserver_console.exe for P&E.

And check your launch configuration settings. It could be that your problem is this one: Solving “Launching: Configuring GDB Aborting Configuring GDB” | MCU on Eclipse

i push Reset button on board. but it is nothing.

i guess to reset RAM region.

i want to reset Flash region....
