serial bootloader for mc9s12c64

I am looking for serial bootloader for MC9S12C64 controller.

I have gone through varoius application notes available on site but not getting clear idea about reprogramming  of flash.

Or you can go with AN2153SW.zip which is the standard bootloader.

See page 88 in DB12RG4.pdf for how to customize bootloader for your board.

Have you looked at App Note AN2548? It features a serial monitor that can write to Flash.
