The datasheet is what you are looking for, it is in each product page
Here are a few elements:
Smallest order execute time (ns)
--> Depends on instruction to be executed. Max clock is 100MHz on some and most XGATE instructions are executed in one cycle. So take 10exp-8 second as time.
If they have On Chip Debug (JTAG)
--> Yes, but it is BDM and DBG modules, not JTAG.
Power On Clear
--> Don't know what this means.
On-Board Flash Program
--> Yes all of these
How many ports/pins that support external Interrupts
--> Depends
Number of Assembly instructions
--> look for the CPU reference manual. There are 2 cores, a CPU12X and an XGATE. instruction set is different as CPU12X is CISC whilst XGATE is RISC.
If it has hardware multiplier/divider
--> There are instructions for this, yes.
The A/D Converter Sample and Hold Frequencies
--> In the Electrical Characteristics of the datasheet (end of documents)
How many Low Power Support Modes
--> 2 reals mode. STOP and Pseudo STOP. But you can combine with a periodic interrupt and not go to the full bus speed to maximize power saving. It makes much more than 2 Low Power mode. There are special documentation for this.
Cheers,
Alban.
