mpc8309 pci endpoint configure

I  use mpc8309 as pci ep device under uboot, i configure  pci_ctrl->pitar0 = 0x7F00000,pci_ctrl->pibar0 = 0x80000000,pci_ctrl->piwar0 = 0x80055013, when pci root device write and read correspond endpoint ddr 0 address, not 0x7f00000,i need your help.

Check the PCI Local Access Window Register (PCILAWBAR0) and PCI Local Access Window Attributes Register (PCILAWAR) settings. See attached files.
