T1040D4RDB recovery methods? NOR flash erased, no image on NAND. What are my options with the SD card? Failsafe to JTAG?

We're running through scenarios where we're erasing the NOR and NAND flash and trying to recover from the SD card.

We've read through the manual that the SD slot can be used, however we're having difficulty finding the required files its referencing.

Where can we find the following from NXP?

PBL1.bin

u-boot.bin

If this fails, is JTAG the only available method to recover the unit?

Currently, only one binary image file is needed to prepare bootable SD card.

The image is provided on the QorIQ Linux SDK v2.0 PPC64E5500 IMAGE ISO:

and also attached.

The image has to be written to the SD card starting from its block 8.
