Looking for an Eval board

I am looking for an Eval board and for this board I need 2 ARM9, 3 to 4 UARTs, an Ethernet port, and SPI interface. Also, if this board can have vxWorks as an RTOS, it would be nice.

If you can recommend a board, I would appreciated very much. Thanks

For ARM9, you can have a look at Freescale i.MX family, some of them are based on this architecture, such as i.MX280, i.MX283:
