The IFC interface is not very high-speed interface, 100 Mhz max, so there is no specific board layout recommendations.
The only general recommendations could be given:
1. Match signal length for data and control signals for easy understanding of signal timings at remote side
2. Route all signals on the same layer - for same reason, to make signal propagation time to be the same.
3. Use impedance matching techniques to reduce signal ringing on long traces, minimize stubs.
Have a great day,
Alexander

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Do we have any maximum length requirement. If we are matching the length, upto how much mils we can provide tolerance in length matching?
Are there any other precautions to be taken?
Thanks.
