DMA:Basic chain mode

On T4240qds board,duo to project,I want to use Basic chain mode to DMA data.so I use the Official software interface "fsl_dma_chain_link_build" and "fsl_dma_direct_start"  to program. I can dma data successfully,but the Speed is one probelem .speed is very low .only 7MB/S.  In direct mode ,I use the Offical software interface to program ,the speed is about 1.4GB/s.

Therefore,I would like to know what causes this problem that the DMA Speed is very low in Basic chain mode ?

Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

Whether someone can provide a document on the use of DMA?

Of course this is not a correct behavior to have 200 times performance degradation in chaining mode in comparison to direct case.

However, it is difficult to say what is the reason of this, this problem requires further debugging.

Please open a case to NXP Online Technical support and please attach your full test setup - all the information required to reproduce the problem at our side.

How I could create a Service Request?
