Processor Expert report Error "Property DDR_DATA is set to a custom value"

Hi,

I got this error and the only info that I have is 

Description Resource Path Location Type
Property DDR_RATE is set to a custom value. LS2088ARDB-Ben1 PBL1 Problem

It is not very usefull.

I pass every section in Properties page but I did not find any custom value.

I attached the PBL binary file. Note I add .c to be able to upload it but it's a binary file.

1.From Component Inspector view, select Enable/disable error checking menu, and then choose Skip error checking option, as shown in the figure below.
