I am using LS1043 processor. I would like to know the maximum data rated supported on DDR4 memory interface.
is it possible to use higher speed RAM on DDR interface?
According to table “Part numbering nomenclature” in the LS1043A datasheet (Rev. 5, 06/2021) the maximum supported DDR Data Rate is 1600 (MT/s).
