Could not unlock MTD device: /dev/mtd1 (MPC8248)

I am using linux2.6 and MPC8248 with NOR flash(MT28ew128), when the boot reached the filesystem we are facing "Could not unlock MTD device: /dev/mtd1" , please suggest us to solve this issue, and I attached the complete log here.
