Hello Team,

I am using TJA1128 in my control board, which is the primary source 5V for Micro.

There is a failure with TJA, here are the info, could you let me know what could be the problem?

Note: LIN wake up is activated remote, I need to know why there is no 5V at VCC, and Reset is held LOW (may be under voltage at VCC)

Seems the SBC  triggers the OVERTEMP mode.

Currently, these data I have added is tested at 25 deg cel.

Factor to consider,

TJA in my control board were working continuously for 78hrs at ambient temp of 65 deg, it failed at this point of time.

Interesting part is 4 samples failed between 70-90 hrs of continuous running at the same environment with the same issues.

So do you mean after power on SBC no VCC output? or after your high temperature test lost the VCC?

do you try to change new SBC test again?

When tested at high temp, over temp could trigger TJA to reset. Now I am testing at room temperature, But TJA is not recovered. Can you explain why is that case? Is this problem with register, incase of how do i do factory reset?

Can you reproduce this issue with new SBC in your board?

No, at least not any time soon. Is it possible to do factory reset?

I checked
All conditions passed, Vbat > Vth, LIN is held dominant and RSTN is low(0V) for more than 1 sec, but problem is RSTN is always LOW. I am assuming it means that SBC is not coming out of RESET loop?Any ideas why is that
