Hi:Sir

I want to identify the number of Cids before initialization.

when i read the register INIT which CID is not exit before initialization, i will get what data? For example, i only use 4 MC33771Cs, then i read the fifth CID. I will get what data?

Hi,

Please see below an extract from the datasheet. I suppose this answers your question.

Hi:Tomas

Thank you very much for your reply.

This one does solve my question, I just got the MC33771C chip manual, the old version I looked at before, as you said, I can find this.

However, I found a new question, can MC3371C dynamically identify the number of CIDs through software during the initialization process? The INIT register can only be programmed once, how can I determine which node's INIT[TPLx_TX_TERM] register should be set to 1 if I don't know which node is the last one.

Looking forward to your reply.
