All my devices use LiPo battery chargers of this MC3468X series. For some reason, they are just unable to service batteries with more than 4 Ah. EOC indication reaches MCUs and the charging process stops, usually with less than 3.8 V.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

VRECH is about 4.1V,if your battery is 3.8V the EOC can't be trigger.

Can you try new battery to test?

We have been using this charger for many years so far. This never happened before, until we started using batteries larger than 4 Ah. Sometimes the entire process stalls in the trickle charge segment and the battery doesn't even start to charge...
