coupling power onto data line on SJA1105SMBEVM and TJA1101 Adapter Card

Does NXP have any application note on how to couple power onto data line on SJA1105SMBEVM (PSD) and TJA1101 Adapter card (PD)? Based on IEEE802.3bu, the coupling is through inductor but the confusing part is the CM Termination, no mentioned of CM Termination resistor and capacitor value? Is it 50 ohms and 100nF?

AC coupling is realized by using 100nF coupling capacitors forming a high-pass
filter together with the termination of 50Ohm for each line. The tolerance of the capacitors
shall be within ±10% with max rating ≥50V.
