Since there are no numbers and no reference designs for 600MHz with one of the MRFE6VP61K25 devices, I would like to know what efficiency can be reached and what P1dB will be approximately. Does anyone have Info on that?

The efficiency is expected to be 50% at 600 MHz. Dissipation will limit maximum power output under CW conditions.
