How is the VIO current varied based on capacitive load on digital IO pins?

How is the VCC current varied based on capacitive load on CAN_H and CAN_L pins?

How can these parameters be included in power dissipation calculation of CAN transceivers?

Hello Babu,

Please check the TJA1145A Application Hints, Section 4.9. VIO and VCC dynamic current changes get buffered out of local pin Application capacitor. Peak currents for charging/discharging such small capacitances are very short and thermally not relevant  for Transceiver compared to static currents during High /low or Dominant/recessive bit times.
