When powering up the TEF8102 chip, we get around 1.0 V on the 1.8 V LDO output instead of the expected 1.8 V. I tested all the components and swapped out the transistor, but it still produces the incorrect voltage. The LDO input voltage is 2.3 V, and 3.3 V is provided to the control line (matching configuration 2 in the datasheet).
Can you think of any other troubleshooting steps I should take?
