T2080芯片eeprom配置字只读一半

手上有三块同样批次生产的t2080的板子，但是只有一块板子可以正常读取配置字（示波器看到有两段读取eeprom的信号，一段里面包含很多方波信号），正常启动系统。

另外两块配置字的读取都不正常，表现在只读取一段信号。 这个是什么原因？

1) digital scope traces of RCW I2C readout (SCL, SDA) of the operational and faulty boards

2) the processor connection schematics as searchable PDF

3) confirm that all reset signals behave as shown in the QorIQ T2080 Reference Manual, Figure 4-1. Power-on reset sequence

4) confirm that TRST_B is pulsed low (asserted) during the POR sequence
