S32EDEVPL2: Using the PPS to synchronize motor control to the PTP clock

Hi,

McMaster is working on GBII to evaluate the gPTP stack. They are configuring the GMAC PPS output following the GMAC reference manual, but they haven't been able to do that successfully.

The goal is to evaluate using the PPS to synchronize motor control to the PTP clock.

Is there any working project with PPS output/interrupts that would help McMaster?

Hi Prashanth,

We had verified PPS on GB2 before, but unfortunately, the project is missing. Nothing special struck us in terms of PPS configuration.

Can McMaster provide specific configuration and test results? Then we can see if there is something wrong.
