PTN5150A UFP Mode

Hi NXP,

When I am using PTN5150A as UFP mode to detect DFP USB type-C port current capability, I found that OUT2:OUT1 logic is correct. But  OUT2:OUT1 logic is always 1:0 (medium current mode) if connected to non-USB C port, for example, a DC power supplier. Is it normal behavior? The attached is schematic.
