Hi,

my PF8121 Custom OTP Request Form can not be opened in excel 365. It crashes during startup of excel. It worked fine with Excel 2016.

How to fix that?

Regards,

Bettina

Hi All,

OTP Customer Request forms can be opened with Office 365 Business ver 2102.

Previous versions were not working, macro's were enabled.

Falling back to Office 2013 32-bit also allowed the forms to be opened.

Regards,
Greg

Hi, sure, I checked that, macros are enabled in trust center. But even if macros are disabled, it shouldn't just crash silently, right? I use Microsoft 365 for enterprise, excel version 2101. We tested it on several devices, always the same.

I’m using Microsoft 365 for enterprise, excel version 2008 and I can use the PF8121 Custom OTP Request Form without any problem.

We do not have other reports of this issue.

Does the same problem happened when opening the file on the office 635 online tool?

Ok, if you update your excel version you will might have the same issue. I remember that it once worked on my laptop with office 365, probably this was also a former version.

However, it worked for me in the online tool. Thank you for that.

Hi Bettina,

I’m using excel 365 and I do not have any problem using it. Make sure macros are enabled.

Jose
