Need help to decide Evolution kit for SOC Estimation of Lithium ion battery

Dear Team,

I am very new to the research field. My initial plan is to develop soc estimation for less no of lithium-ion(starting from 1 to....) battery,

Could you please suggest any evaluation kit as per my requirement? is possible to mention the cost also.
