Dear Kiran M,
please refer to Figure 9. in the datasheet. Your design is almost same, except that you have pull-down resistors on the B side pins. The pull-down resistors are not required by the NTB0102 and will increase the current consumption on the VCC(B). Are the pull-down resistors required by your IC on the B side?
