We ordered 60 pcs of MCF5282CVM80 through a distributor of ours and our end user is trying to burn a program onto the item. We have provided previously and have been able to do so without issue previously, but on this order it has not been the case. We have proven and tested these pieces of MCF5282CVM80 and they all show as new and unused, however, we are using the exact same process to burn the program onto the item and it is not working.
I am posting the process below and hope someone might have a suggestion on how to resolve it:
1. Test the resistance between the positive pole and the negative pole of C25 and C40 to make sure it more than 10 KΩ.
2. Test the resistance between the positive pole and the negative pole of C25 and C40 to make sure it more than 10 KΩ.
3. Per picture 1, assemble the board to be tested onEL000277, then connect the positive pole of the DC power supply to J15 Pin1 and the negative pole to J15 Pin2.
4. Turn on the power supply, put the voltage of C26 between 3.135V and 3.465V.
5. Per picture 2, connect the programmer Cyclone Max to EL000277 J17. Please note the programmer cable direction when connecting.
6. Put the electricity on the power, then click the start button on the programmer, then program the board to be tested
7. When the success light is on, it shows the programming has done.
8. Turn off the power suppley, take the cables from EL000277J17.
Does anyone have any knowledge or ideas on this?
