These errors may appear when trying to modify the .zpscfg file manually (directly as a text file) and syntax, nomenclature or naming are incorrect.
I would suggest to re-import the app.zpscfg file from a clean version of the project and use the ZigBee Configuration Editor Plug-In to edit the configuration of the Zigbee stack settings. You will need to use the Properties tab:
Instructions on how to install this plug-in can be found in the Zigbee 3.0 Getting Started (from JN5189 webpage), Section 5.4 Zigbee Configuration Editor Plug-In Installation.
Also, JN-UG-3130-Zigbee3-Stack, Chapter 12. ZPS Configuration Editor describes how to use this plug-in. This User Guide can be found inside JN5189 SDK folder > docs > wireless > Zigbee.
