Failed to write fuse @s32r45

    I used the attached cmm file to update fuse for s32r45, but failed. The failure information is shown in the figure below. May I ask what I should do to update the fuse of s32r45? Thank you!

It looks like you are programming address which is already programmed with data.

i got the reason.  The vdd_efuse didn't connect 1.8v.  Thank you!
