Всем добрый день. Мне подсказали что здесь можно оставить вопрос для технических специалистов, владеющих русским языком. Вопрос заключается  в следующем: на плате высокочастотного треккинг-генератора имеется элемент в корпусе SOT89 его SMD code 7017G 5124 P1116, подскажи является ли  этот элемент Вашим широкополосным усилительным блоком BGA7017. А  так же есть ли у Вас похожий широкополосный усилитель с SMD code SK17 1343? Заранее спасибо за ответ. Если Вопрос задан в неправильном месте, подскажите, где мне следует его повторить, или как я могу связаться с техническими специалистами напрямую?.

BGA7017 hasn't been ever released by NXP. It might be a Mimix/Macom device:
