SMI-N2000 Advantages of Solid State RF Power Over Vacuum Tubes

Since the early 1920’s, the source of microwave power generation has traditionally been vacuum tubes and magnetrons. Some high power RF applications today still rely on vacuum tube technology, even though there has been a multitude of advances in solid state RF power generation. This class will cover the technological advantages of solid state including dynamic range control, spectral purity, manufacturing economies of scale and product longevity.

I have see  an apllication of  RF dielectric heating . And want to make an instrument like RFEM24-250 using for heating.   ISM  band is 40MHz,and the Transistor is useing MRFE6VP6300H or MRFE6VP5150N.

I want to find the reference design
