I saw a difference between with the Passivation use in ICODE SLI vs ICODE SLIX dies. SLI uses PSG / Nitride while SLIX uses PE- Nitride.
What is the difference between the PSG/Nitride and PE-Nitride?
Is there any difference between handling them and environmental tolerance that needs to be considered because of the difference?
Thank you.
