I have a question.

Product:NHS3100 semiconductor

I would like to know about the principle of temperature measurement.

Thermistor or RTD platinum?

Hello,

The temperature of the NHS3100 die is calculated based on measurement of the forward base voltages of a transistor carrying different collector currents.
The voltage is converted to digital by a combination of a flash adc and a sigma-delta adc ("zoom-adc").

So the sensing element is a transistor on the NHS die.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Ivan.
