NFC FCC test software

My company has completed a design using the NXP PN7150B0HN and are getting ready for FCC, IC, and CE certifications.  Being new to certification testing does NXP have any test software available that will put the NFC RF into the correct modes for testing?

for certification we need this operating modes:

RF on CW

RF on  send PRBS

RF off

The Linux FactoryTestApp is specifically designed for this.
It is depicted in the http://www.nxp.com/documents/application_note/AN11697.pdf, and the related github repository address is here: https://github.com/NXP/nfc-linux_NfcFactoryTestApp.
