Is PN7362 a drop in replacement for PN7462 (as long as contact interface is not used)

We have aproven and mature design basde on PN7462 but we are now facing the availablity issues of this chip. Is PN7362 a drop in replacement for it? (We don't use contact interface or any other IO interface)

If you are not using contact interface then you can use PN7362. Also refer datasheet for other details.
