First, my apologies if the post is not at its proper place.
I made an order on NXP web site to buy a OM27160A1 eval board.
The process went thru Moduslink, I entered all the required fields and my AMEX information.
After proceeding with my order I received no confirmation BUT on my AMEX account, I can see the debs related to the order. direct@nxp.com cannot find my order and suggests (when they reply to my email) me to place another one!
That is not the proper way to do business.
Now I am blocked on my product dev, and lost about 80$ without an invoice.
Please help me to solve this issue.
