Dear NxP Team,

I am using S32K312-LQFP 100 MCU.

I am not able to find it in the Hardware Selection Tab.

How can I find it?

Toolbox version [Model-Based Design Toolbox for S32K3xx Series Version 1.4.0 (R2021a-R2023a)]

Hi, @abhishekkumarbwi,

The Model-Based Design toolbox for S32K3xx includes support for the S32K12 MCU. The S32K312 MCU is available in two different packages, Q172 and Q100. Our toolbox is delivered with a default
configuration project on both EBTresos and S32 Configuration Tool only for the Q172 package. For your project, select the S32K312-Q172 Hardware Part from the model's settings, open the
configuration project that has been associated with the model and change the processor package to Q100.
Check out a similar thread that contains a more comprehensive response to your question:
MBDT 1.3.0 support for S32K312 in 100 pin MaxQFP?
