trial licence for RAppID Init for MPC560xP

Hi,

I'm working on a MPC5604P StarterTRAK Development Kit and I want generate some init code using RAppID Init for MPC560xP tool, but there is no way to get a trial licence: the form "RAppID Product Registration" wants to reach a no more existent email address at freescale.com. 

How can I get this trial licence?
