mpc5777cevb how change IO voltage from 5V to 3.3V

I want to adjust the IO voltage of mpc5777cevb from 5V to 3.3V to adapt to peripheral devices, so I adjust j29 and J25 from 5V to 3.3V, but the MPC5777C is not working, is MCU not supported  to configure IO voltage to 3.3V, if so, what should I do?

I see no issue to run VDDEx / VDDEHx on 3.3V.
