how to purch codewarrior licese not form the nxp Official website

I want to buy a license for CodeWarrior for MCUs (Eclipse IDE).           

Due to the company's process constraints, I can not purch it from the official website.

Arow and avnet, nxp's agents, were reluctant to offer the service.          

I don't know if there are other channels to purchase the license.

Hi,

there are only two options: you can buy the license either online from our website or at our local distributors.

If Arrow and Avnet rejected it, try another ones or push them more. Unfortunately this is all I can suggest. Our official distributors can provide all our products including software.
