not sure what the question is, but both should support MPC5xxx devices.

Our tools range from our Multilink and advanced Multilink FX debug probes all the way up to Cyclone production programmers, and the high-performance fully-loaded Cyclone FX production programmers.
It is always best to ask dirrectly the product vendor (PE in this case)
