When the eTimer module of MPC5744P decodes ABI orthogonally, there is a problem in reading the CNTR register value at low motor speed?

MPC5744P chip SDK3.0.3 How to set the comparison value to zero after CNTR reaches the comparison value?

Why is it longer when the motor Angle reaches 360° to 0°?

I think your configuration ist correct. You just may have a problem with showing your measurement results. I guess your measurement sampling rate ist slow and does not fit the motor speed (which is ok). So you get undersampling which leads to your described behavior.
