   i try to develop UART code so what are the change we have to make in example code or new creating .please suggest me

Hi,

if you refer e.g. to SDK demo, like "linflexd_uart_echo_mpc5748g" then just select LINFlexD_4 in uart component and within pin_mux component select desired pins for LINFlexD_4.
Then generate PE code.
