Suddenly, my MPC5748g has issue with "MC_ME_ChangeMode" when doing Clock furation. The issue seems to be MC_ME_ChangeMode not able to get complete transition status from "MC_ME_GetTransitionStatus". The issue just happened after flash a program for debugging. Before that, everything is going well. The follwong is the stack trace:

Would anyone know how to fix this issue? Hopefully, that is not something on hardware.
