I want to replace the DDR of mpc5125 from 256MB to 512MB,
The hardware has replaced 512MB DDR, which is pin compatible. Without modifying the code, the kernel can start normally, but the DDR displayed is 256MB,
What parts do I need to change to enable the kernel to apply larger DDR?
Do you have any relevant documents or examples for reference?

Change DDR setting in u-boot configuration file and rebuild u-boot. Find .h file for the MPC5125 board using the following path in u-boot source folder:

/include/config

Attached file contains this file for the ads5125 board.
