Can anyone please help me to make the Adafruit Touchscreen Library work with MPC5748G microcontroller?

I am using MPC5748G microcontroller. I want to  interface it with Adafruit 2.8" TFT Resistive Touch Shield v2 . This touchscreen has lot of built-in libraries that is compatible with Arduino.  The Adafruit library which i am using are Adafruit GFX Library, Adafruit_ILI9341-master, Adafruit_STMPE610-master.

I'm afraid that there's no such port of drivers provided by NXP.
