Unable to Download MCUXpresso: Export Compliance Error

I am unable to download MCUXpresso. I receive the error message:

Error Message

We are unable to grant your request because our export control system has identified your request as a potentially non-compliant export.

Our export control system is configured according to the regulations of the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the export classification of the product you are attempting to access.

I'm just a guy in Colorado. Not exporting anything.

I've opened a case. So far, no joy.

Any ideas on how I can download the IDE and get to work?

This happened to me when downloading MCUXpresso in 2017 as well.

I'm grateful for your help. Is there any way to expedite this process? I am already behind schedule since I cannot install the IDE.

I apologize for the delay. Today just received confirmation that you are clear to download the SW, please try again and let me know if any issue appears.

Your name matched with one in the Export Compliance list. I have sent the approval to the Export Control team so you can be cleared up and be able to download the SW. 

This will take around one or two days approximately. I'll let you know once I have news from the Export Control team.
