No compatible probes available

Hello NXP, I downloaded the new MCUXpresso IDE v10.1.0. I can build a project but when I click on Flash 'LPCXpresso1769 CMSIS-DAP board’, I get an error message – “No compatible probes available. They may be disabled, disconnected, not powered, already in use or not compatible with this target”.  I have checked the board where the jumper is supposed to go and also I have installed necessary drivers.

What operating system do you work with?

officially we support:

Host operating systems:
 Microsoft® Windows® 7/8/10
Ubuntu Linux® (64 bit)
Mac OS X 10.11 and later

Refer this discussion to update board interface in case on board interface firmware is damaged.

LPC54608 board doesnt see any debug probes
