How to run batch before the make file auto generated

i am using S32K146 and compiler it using the S32DS for ARM and make file is auto generated. In S32DS pre-build steps, i will trigger a batch file to generate a out folder and generated few c file inside it. For the first time, the out folder and debug folder is not exist and when the make file search for the c files it don't include the auto generated c files.

My question is how to trigger my batch file before the S32DS generate the make file? any place i can configure? else the compilation will fail.
